At it Again

About a month after I finished my Autumnal wreath, I've finally finished the garland that goes with it.

The base was the most time-consuming part.
I had one made up last year, but I needed to cannibalise it in order to fill in the base of the wreath.
So, another 120 leaves had to be cut, glued, and embroidered.
I'm glad that I was able to get it finished, but even more glad that I won't have to do the work again next year.
Once the base was done, it was just a matter of adding in leaves for the season. It's a little unbalanced and not as full as the wreath, so I added in some mini pumpkins and pine cones.

I love this trend of my felt art getting more elaborate and better each season.
I'll have to get started soon on the winter version of the wreath and garland.
