Coronation Trip

I’m going to London for the coronation!

I had asked for help paying for this for my birthday gift. My mother was excited for me until she found out I would likely be going alone. She pointed out that if no one was there to motivate me, I would likely just go to London and sit in a hotel room.

Rude.

True.

But still.

So I reached out to my friend Heather to see if she wanted to come with me. She wasn’t sure she would be able to make it, so for the past few weeks, she’s been on the lookout for cheap flights to Edi.

And she can come!

The tickets have been booked!

I booked the hotel and bought the train tickets.

I’m officially going!

While I’m not that big of a royalist (or at all really now that the Queen has passed), I’m still stoked to go and be there for this historic moment.

I can’t believe I’m going.

It still doesn’t feel real.

But I also can’t stop spontaneously happy dancing.
