New Years Wish

Here is hoping that ’22 is smoother than ’21

And more productive

And generally less shitty.

I don’t make resolutions on New Year’s (I do them on my birthday instead), but I try to set intentions for the new year.

Or at least I have in the past.

Just general wishes for the new year.

They used to be more specific and hopeful.

After the last three years, they’ve devolved into a desperate prayer that this year will be better than the last.

May ’22 be a better year than ’21 was.
